Using one’s own healthy cells to repair damaged or diseased cells, RenovoCyte is dedicated to the use of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy in the field of veterinary medicine. MSC’s are not the same as the more controversial pluripotent embryonic stem cells.
The benefits of stem cell therapy have been known for some time. However, obtaining viable stem cells from an animal used to require an invasive procedure at the time of the disease. Renovocyte’s groundbreaking Wellness Banking® program works differently. RenovoCyte expands and banks MSCs that are collected from the same single source, therefore the cells are available for immediate use or use in the future . RenovoCyte uses adult MSCs from a variety of sources but does not use the controversial pluripotent embryonic stem cells.
